Why is it called Manager’s Muster?

  • Muster means the act of assembling and critical examination and taking inventory
  • Muster feels true blue Australian … like me.
  • Every muster I’ve seen has been a bringing together without the individual elements losing identity.
  • A muster is powerful.

The Muster is ideal for you if you:

✓ are a manager trying to maintain momentum for yourself and your team.

✓ are feeling overwhelmed with pivoting to meet changing demands on you, your team and your business.

✓ are struggling to stay focused and productive.

✓ want to be able to give feedback remotely to your team members.

✓ want to delegate remotely but not sure what or where to start.

✓ are not sure what to say when you don’t have answers to everyone’s questions.

The Muster is not ideal if you:

✗ aren’t ready or prepared to block off two hours in your schedule for each session to prioritise you first.

From Survive to Thrive:

For leaders leading remotely it doesn’t have to be so exhausting, lonely and frustrating. Even though COVID-19 has sent us all indoors with pivoting, evolving and almost daily changing the way work is handled, it doesn’t have to be hard nor lonely. This could be an opportunity to invest in how you lead and in how your team can re-focus and boost productivity.

Right now teams all around the world are in survival mode and will need to start preparing for a revival: getting back to normal or finding a new normal. Helping your team shift from survive mode to thrive mode needs to transition through phases that focus on you; the space in which you and your team work; how you and your team work; to engaging and empowering your remote team; to reviewing and realigning strategy so that you can thrive in how you serve your team, and your team can once again thrive in how they serve your customers, clients and stakeholders.

Vincent Van Gogh is quoted as saying, “As we advance in life it becomes more and more difficult, but in fighting the difficulties, the inmost strength of the heart is developed.”

I firmly believe that building strength and overcoming difficulties is easier when done with expert help, support and accountability. Working remotely can easily put some leaders into a tailspin that may create tension, errors, mis-communications and excessive stress. Overwhelm is stressful and that causes procrastination or faffing. Right now, COVID-19 is stressful, there’s no denying it, and when overwhelm hits, either nothing gets done or a scatter gun approach to work and team management is applied. Does this resonate with you in any way?

Despite the stress that we are all experiencing I don’t want you to suffer the overwhelm or get caught up in feeling like you are on your own and the weight of the world is on your shoulders.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What if I can’t make one of the dates?

It’s up to you to manage your schedule and this is an investment in you and your leadership so it’s highly recommended you schedule all the dates in your calendar immediately. If you can’t make the dates allocated do schedule time to catch up on the recordings. Accountability is one of the main features to help you build your skills and confidence, participating in the live workshops is optimal.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

Of course I’d hate to see you go, and I  would also hate to see you not get the value from the workshops too. I have a 100% money back guarantee and you can cancel your membership at any time.

What if I have questions which might be more confidential in nature or I’m not sure I can ask in the group format?

You can ask any questions, if you’re concerned about confidentiality then simply let me know and I’ll de-identify or we can deal with your question/concern during your personal coaching session. You also have ongoing email access to me through your membership.

Remember that others may also have similar issues so do listen to what others are asking and what the group contributes, this may help you and your situation.

     I have more questions!

You can call me on +61 401 442 464 or +61 7 3289 1409 or email me sally @ sallyfoleylewis.com to ask me anything.

What Others Say About Sally:

Couldn’t recommend Sally highly enough. Sally took our after lunch session of our National conference and got the group really going. She was engaging, developed relationships with individuals within the group and even more impressively arrived early to watch our key note speaker to ensure some continuity in the presentations. Thank you Sally for all your work leading up to, during and after the session.

Kiarni Morgans

Team Lead, LJ Hooker Avnu

I had the pleasure of attending Sally’s Boost Your Productivity Workshop and a follow up one-one session. I found Sally helped me understand the important elements of my role to give me focus, change my schedule and get the most out of my ‘peaks’, to allow me to improve my productivity at work, my staff and my life in general. Sally delivers her sessions with energy, humour, well-founded experience and memorable anecdotes. I walked away feeling energised, and ready to take on my new role with a plan and enthusiasm.

Jennifer Torrance

Strategic Planner, Coffs Habour City Council

What a fantastic session at our recent conference! Sally shared examples and information that were relatable, equipping us with effective productivity strategies and reminded us of good habits we may have let slide. From GM and through the entire group, everyone has learnt new tools and the buzz following the event indicates people are actually implementing them. Productive times (as a result of the personal graphs), chunking and email etiquette are only a few of the solutions in practice following the session. Thanks Sally for sharing your knowledge and practical tips, and throwing in some laughs! Sally’s information, tools, energy and interaction meant it was the best session of the conference!

Abby Fields

Manager

Sally’s secret skill is to teach us practical tools to change our behaviours so we can increase our personal productivity and the productivity of the people we lead. Gone are the days where productivity is equated solely to time management. Sally has shown me how to better focus on the effectiveness of my efforts in order to be more productive, and therefore get more done! If you need help when it comes to your productivity, then I strongly suggest you speak to Sally

Mel Kettle

Speaker Author

Sally is the best! I was lucky to work with her on the Productive Leader Seminar on Nov 18th 2018 in Kuwait. One of the most cooperative and professional speakers I have worked with. Not only she is engaging, knowledgeable and interactive during the seminar, but also she is a smooth communicator, understanding and modest when dealing with others. She was very present and responsive from the first contact and contributed in making a very successful event with a very high clients’ feedback. I am glad I had the opportunity to work with her and will never hesitate to work with her again whenever there’s an opportunity.

Abdul-Quom Ali

Events and Product Manager, Vigor Enterprises

Sally and I met 15 years ago and have shared projects for 7 years – ever since being in the same city. As a facilitator, Sally is insightful and diligent about being client-focused and serving the needs of participants. As an executive coach, Sally has a great knack for simultaneously being personally engaging while also being professional and challenging. This is a magic mix that really works for Sally’s clients (and colleagues).
