✓ Your run sheet is in safe hands! We all know that sometimes plans change, unexpectedly and at the last minute. As a Master Facilitator, I help your speakers adjust their speaking times and can stretch between segments facilitating audience activities relevant to the event theme, as well as, ensure fast and effective segues between event segments.

Your event success is critical, time, cost and reputation are all impacted by the success (or otherwise) of your event. That’s why it is so important to have a professional MC.
Make sure your MC is NOT:
✘ your mate who really won’t invest the time and effort to prepare, and is most likely going to steal the limelight and waste time between speakers and event segments.
✘ your most senior person in your organisation unless they are skilled at presenting and being an MC. Let them enjoy the event and have your professional MC acknowledge them within the event program.
✘ you! You already have way too much to do to ensure a successful event. Don’t make your job harder than it may already be; plus let your professional MC acknowledge you through the event program.
✘ booked at the last minute! The less time to prepare the harder it is to ensure a smooth running event. (Yes, a professional MC can think on their feet and bring all the elements together, but it’s not the best way to ensure a successful event.)

✓ prepared to follow your protocol and can advise you, where necessary, to develop an effective error-free event run sheet.
✓ booked early! Your professional MC is part of your team, the earlier you bring your MC in the more helpful they will be.

- I’ll happily provide a topic relevant article for your organisation’s publication before your event.
- I can do a short media phone interview related to your event.
- I can assist your speakers to provide a customised speaker introductions that truly engage your audience … no more boring bios!
- I can help your sponsor to prepare for any stage time they are given at your event.
- I will ensure VIPs, dignitaries, titles and credentials are correct and follow your protocols.
- Naturally, I can discuss any other publicity ideas and event requirements.
