How to use the workbooks:
- Flick through the workbook and read each of the coaching cards.
- Turn to the intention page and write down your goals for learning. Add a note about how you will reward yourself once you’ve completed the workbook.
- Start at the very beginning of the workbook and work your way through from front to back OR go to the card that resonates with you most and work through the workbook pages that align with the card.
